These classes are designed for those new to Sacred Grove or for anyone seeking a gentle, accessible place to begin. Each class is experiential and educational in nature and focuses on traditional practices, hands-on learning, and thoughtful exploration.

Animal Wisdom:

Restoring Balance Through Instinct

Animal Wisdom classes are gentle, body-based awareness practices that draw on how animals naturally regulate, rest, and respond to life. Each session offers a calm, supportive space to restore balance through sensing, stillness, and instinctive pacing.

Art of Herbal Blends

An introductory class exploring traditional approaches to creating herbal tea blends. This class focuses on sensory experience, plant familiarity, and thoughtful combination of herbs within a calm, hands-on learning environment.

Pendulums - Module 1

Module 1 will look at a brief history of the pendulum, different types used, what they can and cannot do, and how to begin to work with them. This is a fun and participatory class. Supplies are offered for an additional fee to make your own pendulum, or you can use your own.
