    Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations

    A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

    Wellness Notice

    Private group experiences are scheduled and prepared specifically for your group, whether held at Sacred Grove or in your home or outdoor space. Time is reserved in advance, and in some cases materials and travel are arranged to support your experience.

    Rescheduling & Cancellations

    A minimum of seven (7) days’ notice is required to reschedule a private group experience. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled date may not be accommodated.

    Refunds

    Payments for private group experiences are generally non-refundable due to the time and preparation involved.

    Private group experiences are reserved for your specific group and are not transferable without prior approval.

    If a reschedule is approved with appropriate notice, payment may be applied to a future date.

    Emergency Circumstances

    In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, accommodations may be made at the practitioner’s discretion.

    If travel conditions are unsafe due to weather or other factors, the session will be rescheduled for a mutually agreed-upon date.

    Wellness Notice

    At Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC, classes and workshops are prepared in advance and space is reserved specifically for each participant. We encourage you to review the following refund policy prior to registration.

    Payments & Refunds

    All payments for classes and workshops are non-refundable. However, the amount paid, minus a $5 processing fee, may be applied as credit toward a future class or workshop, subject to the conditions outlined below.

    Participant Cancellations & Non-Attendance

    Credit toward a future class or workshop may be issued only if written notice is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time.

    A no-show (defined as failure to attend without prior notice) is not eligible for refunds or credits under any circumstances.

    Credit Use Policy

    Credits may be applied one time only toward a future class or workshop.

    Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within six (6) months of issuance unless otherwise stated.

    If the credit amount is less than the price of the selected class or workshop, the participant is responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of registration.

    If the credit amount exceeds the price of the selected class or workshop, the remaining balance will not be retained.

    If a credit is applied and the participant later cancels or does not attend the rescheduled class or workshop, the credit will be forfeited and may not be reused or transferred.

    Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC may make reasonable exceptions at its discretion.

    In limited situations involving unforeseen circumstances, participants may contact Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC to discuss available options. Any accommodation is offered at the sole discretion of Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC and does not guarantee a refund or credit.

    Cancellations by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC

    If a class or workshop is canceled by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.

    Please note: if payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees.

    Deposits

    All deposits for programs, trainings, certifications, and retreats are non-refundable. Deposits secure your space and cover administrative, planning, and preparatory costs associated with the offering.

    Participant Cancellations & Refunds

    If a participant chooses to cancel their registration, payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded according to the following schedule:

    Sixty (60) days or more prior to the start date
    Full refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

    Thirty (30) to fifty-nine (59) days prior to the start date
    Fifty percent (50%) refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

    Less than thirty (30) days prior to the start date
    No refunds will be issued.

    These timelines reflect the planning, preparation, and resources reserved in advance for each participant.

    Registrations may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC.

    Credit Option

    In place of a refund, when eligible under the cancellation terms above, payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future Sacred Grove program, training, certification, or retreat, subject to availability and approval.

    Requests for credit must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date.

    Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within six (6) months of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.

    If the credit amount is less than the price of the selected program, training, certification, or retreat, the participant is responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of registration.

    If a credit is applied and the participant later cancels or does not attend the rescheduled program, training, certification, or retreat, the credit will be forfeited.

    Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC may make reasonable exceptions at its discretion.

    Cancellations by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC

    If a program, training, certification, or retreat is canceled by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC, all payments received, including deposits, will be refunded in full.

    If program materials have already been shipped or provided prior to cancellation, the cost of those materials may be deducted from the refund. Participants may retain any materials that have already been issued.
