All private sessions require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Full payment secures your scheduled time and reserves space in the calendar.

Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, you may choose to reschedule the appointment or request a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

All rescheduled appointments remain subject to the cancellation policy.

Late Cancellations & Grace Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

Sacred Grove understands that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances happen. When this occurs, one (1) grace reschedule is available. Once a grace reschedule is used, another grace reschedule is not available for twelve (12) months. The full payment will be transferred to a new appointment. The rescheduled appointment must take place within six (6) months of the canceled appointment.

The grace reschedule is intended for illness, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances. It is not available for routine cancellations. Please contact Sacred Grove as soon as reasonably possible.

Rescheduled Appointments

Rescheduled appointments are for the original client only and may not be transferred to another person.

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

Appointments missed without notice are not eligible for a refund or a grace reschedule.

However, if an emergency or unexpected circumstance prevents you from contacting Sacred Grove before the appointment, the grace reschedule policy described above will apply.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

When an eligible refund is requested in writing by the client, the refund will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable.

Refunds will be processed by Sacred Grove within seven (7) business days. The time required for the refund to appear on the client’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Cancellations by Sacred Grove

If Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC cancels your appointment, you have the option to reschedule with your full payment transferred or receive a full refund. Sacred Grove will absorb any payment processing fees.

Weather-Related Cancellations

When an appointment is canceled by either party due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions, the appointment will be rescheduled without penalty, with the full payment transferred to the new appointment.

Wellness Notice

Energy sessions, intuitive readings, massage, bodywork, sound sessions, and related services are supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Agreement

Booking a service constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC Service Cancellation Policy.

Private group experiences are scheduled and prepared specifically for the host’s group, whether held at Sacred Grove, in the host’s home or outdoor space. And in some cases, materials and travel are arranged to support the experience. Once the booking details have been agreed upon and confirmed, full payment is required to secure the private group experience.

Host & Group Participants

The person booking the private group experience is considered the host and is responsible for coordinating with their group. The private group booking price is for the experience as a whole and is not based on individual participant attendance. Individual participant cancellations or no-shows do not reduce the cost of the private group booking and are not eligible for refunds or credits from Sacred Grove.

Any payment arrangements between the host and individual participants are the responsibility of the host and are separate from the private group booking with Sacred Grove. Sacred Grove private group experiences may not be resold or marked up for profit without prior written agreement.

Private group experiences are reserved for the host’s group and are not transferable without prior approval.

Rescheduling

A minimum of seven (7) days’ written notice is required to reschedule a private group experience. When at least 7 days’ written notice is provided, the private group experience may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date, based on Sacred Grove’s availability.  

Refunds & Cancellation Fees

When the host cancels a private group experience, the following cancellation terms apply:

• With a minimum of seven (7) days’ written notice, a refund will be issued less a $15 cancellation fee.

• With three (3) to six (6) days’ written notice, a refund will be issued less a $25 cancellation fee.

• With less than three (3) days but at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice, a refund will be issued less a $50 cancellation fee.

• With less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, the payment is non-refundable.

A host no-show or failure of the group to attend without notice is non-refundable.

Cancellation fees include any applicable payment processing fees.

Refunds will be processed by Sacred Grove within seven (7) business days. The time required for the refund to appear on the host’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Emergency Circumstances & Grace Rescheduling

Sacred Grove understands that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances happen. When this occurs, one (1) grace reschedule is available per private group booking. The full payment will be transferred to a new mutually agreed-upon date, based on Sacred Grove’s availability.

The rescheduled private group experience must take place within six (6) months of the originally scheduled date. The grace reschedule applies only once to that private group booking.

If the rescheduled private group experience is canceled for a routine reason, the Refunds & Cancellation Fees policy will apply based on the amount of notice provided.

If a second illness, emergency, or unexpected circumstance affecting the host prevents the rescheduled private group experience from taking place, an additional grace reschedule will not be available. Fifty percent (50%) of the original payment will be refunded, and the private group booking will be canceled.

The grace reschedule is intended for illness, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances affecting the host. It is not available for routine cancellations or individual participant cancellations or no-shows. Please contact Sacred Grove as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellations by Sacred Grove

If Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC cancels a private group experience, the host has the option to reschedule with the full payment transferred to a mutually agreed-upon date or receive a full refund. Sacred Grove will absorb any payment processing fees.

When a private group experience is canceled by either party due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions, the group experience will be rescheduled without penalty, with the full payment transferred to the new mutually agreed-upon date, based on Sacred Grove’s availability.

Private group experiences, including fire tending, guided meditation, and related offerings, are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Agreement

Booking a private group experience constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC Private Group Bookings Policy.

Classes and workshops at Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC are prepared in advance and space is reserved specifically for each participant. Full payment is required at the time of registration and secures the participant’s place in the class or workshop. Please review this policy before registering.

Participant Cancellations

Forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop registration prior to the scheduled start time.

When 48 hours’ notice is provided, the participant has the option to transfer the registration to another eligible class or workshop, receive class/workshop credit or request a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Late Cancellations & Grace Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer to another class or workshop.

Sacred Grove understands that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances happen. When this occurs, one (1) grace reschedule is available per class or workshop registration. The full payment may be transferred to another eligible class or workshop, provided space is available. The transferred payment must be used within six (6) months of the originally scheduled class or workshop. The grace reschedule applies only once to that registration.

A grace reschedule is intended for illness, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances and is not available for routine late cancellations. Please contact Sacred Grove as soon as reasonably possible.

No Call / No-Show

Participants who do not attend and provide no prior notice are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer to another class or workshop.

Credits & Transferred Registrations

Credits and transferred registrations are for the original participant only and may not be transferred to another person.

An eligible class or workshop is one that is open for registration, has available space, and for which the participant meets any applicable prerequisites.

Credits must be used within six (6) months of issuance, unless otherwise stated. If the new class or workshop costs more than the available credit, the participant is responsible for the difference.

If the new class or workshop costs less than the available credit, the remaining balance will stay available until the original credit expiration date.

Registrations transferred to another class or workshop, including registrations made using class/workshop credit, remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Credit previously issued remains credit and is not eligible for a cash refund.

Refunds

When an eligible refund is requested in writing by the participant, the refund will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable.

Refunds will be processed by Sacred Grove within seven (7) business days. The time required for the refund to appear on the participant’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Classes and workshops that have already taken place and were attended are not eligible for a refund.

Programs, trainings, certifications, and retreats offered by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC require advance planning and preparation, and space is reserved specifically for each participant. A deposit or full payment, as selected at the time of registration, is required to secure the participant’s place. Please review this policy before registering.

Deposits

All deposits for programs, trainings, certifications, and retreats are non-refundable. The deposit secures the participant’s place and covers administrative, planning, and preparatory costs associated with the offering.

When a participant chooses to pay in full at the time of registration, only the amount designated as the deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining amount paid is subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined below.

Participant Cancellations & Refunds

If a participant chooses to cancel a registration, payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, may be refunded according to the following schedule. All cancellation periods are based on calendar days before the scheduled start date.

Sixty (60) calendar days or more prior to the start date
A full refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be issued.

Thirty (30) to fifty-nine (59) calendar days prior to the start date
Seventy-five percent (75%) of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

Fourteen (14) to twenty-nine (29) calendar days prior to the start date
Fifty percent (50%) of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

Seven (7) to thirteen (13) calendar days prior to the start date
Twenty-five percent (25%) of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

Less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the start date
No refunds will be issued.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds will be processed by Sacred Grove within seven (7) business days. The time required for the refund to appear on the participant’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

These timelines reflect the planning, preparation, and resources that are reserved in advance for each participant.

Registrations are for the original participant only and may not be transferred to another individual.

Cancellations by Sacred Grove

If Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC cancels a program, training, certification, or retreat, the participant may choose to transfer the full payment to a rescheduled offering, when available, or receive a full refund. Sacred Grove will absorb any applicable payment processing fees.

Program Materials

Some programs, trainings, certifications, or retreats may require a separate materials kit or materials purchased independently by the participant. Any required materials and associated costs will be identified with the specific offering.

Agreement

Registration for a program, training, certification, or retreat constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy – Programs, Trainings & Retreats, regardless of attendance or participation.

Final Sale – Consumable & Personal-Use Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and product integrity considerations, all sales are final for consumable and personal-use items, including but not limited to:

• Essential oils
• Herbs and teas
• Consumable wellness products
• Items intended for ingestion, topical use, or personal care

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.

Non-Consumable Merchandise

Non-consumable items such as tea ware, apparel, totes, and other merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange when all the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Original packaging is intact, when applicable.
• A return or exchange request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
• The purchase can be verified through Sacred Grove’s records or a valid receipt.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error by Sacred Grove Healing Arts Center LLC.

Customer Ordering Errors

If a customer orders an incorrect item, size, or quantity, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Eligible non-consumable merchandise may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Non-Consumable Merchandise terms above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact Sacred Grove within seven (7) calendar days of receipt and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Upon review and verification, Sacred Grove will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product or refund.

Shipping Errors by Sacred Grove

If the customer receives an incorrect product or quantity due to an error by Sacred Grove, the customer must contact Sacred Grove within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Sacred Grove will arrange for correction, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Sale & Clearance Products

All sale, clearance, or discounted products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This does not apply to products that arrive damaged or defective or are sent in error by Sacred Grove.
