Animal Wisdom: Eagle | Higher Perspective & Vision - Online

This is a one-hour, Zoom-based class guided by the embodied wisdom of the Eagle. This offering supports the shift from reactive urgency into spacious awareness through body-based alignment, breath, and wide orientation rather than effort or force.

Drawing inspiration from how eagles rise on thermal currents and survey wide terrain before acting, participants are guided to expand their field of attention. Practices may include gentle posture alignment, softening the gaze to include peripheral awareness, steady breathing, and periods of quiet integration that allow insight to settle without pressure.

This class is especially supportive during times of complexity or decision-making, when clarity benefits from distance, spaciousness, and steadiness. Participants are invited to join from a quiet, comfortable space where they can sit or rest with minimal interruption. No prior experience is required.
