Guided Drum Meditation: Introduction to Journey Work - Online

Join us Online for an introductory Guided Drum Meditation, a practice rooted in longstanding, earth based contemplative traditions that use rhythm to support focused inner exploration.

The first portion of class offers education on the foundations of drum-supported meditation, including how rhythm influences attention and imagery, and how guides or supportive presences are understood within this tradition.

During the guided portion, participants will be invited to lie down in a quiet, comfortable space while the steady beat of the drum supports a relaxed meditative state. Experiences are approached with curiosity and discernment. Participants are encouraged to take what resonates and leave what does not, interpreting their experience through their own spiritual or personal framework.

No prior experience is necessary. This class serves as the prerequisite for joining the monthly Guided Drum Meditation Circle.
