Animal Wisdom: Moving Forward in Relationship is a one-hour, Zoom-based class guided by the embodied wisdom of the wolf. This offering supports the transition from stillness into movement through body-based awareness, pacing, and responsive attention rather than force or urgency.
Drawing inspiration from how wolves move through changing terrain, participants are guided to sense while beginning to move—listening to breath, posture, and environmental cues as they adjust direction and pace. Practices include gentle grounding, awareness of coordinated movement, wide orientation, and periods of quiet integration that allow the nervous system to settle and recalibrate.
This class is especially supportive during times of transition, when forward movement is needed without losing connection to instinct, relationship, or inner feedback. Participants are invited to join from a quiet, comfortable space where they can sit or rest with minimal interruption. No prior experience is required.
