Understanding Firewalking | Discussion, Reflection & Guided Meditation - Online

Firewalking brings up curiosity, questions, uncertainty, and sometimes a few misconceptions.

This online class offers an opportunity to explore what firewalking is, how a firewalk is prepared, and what draws people to this experience

We will discuss the fire itself, safety and preparation, mindset, common myths, and some of the personal meaning people may associate with firewalking. We will also talk about what happens before and after a firewalk, and the importance of personal choice when deciding whether to participate.

This class is designed as an open discussion, and questions about firewalking are welcome throughout our time together.

A simple guided meditation will offer space for reflection, followed by time for sharing and further discussion.

No previous experience with firewalking or meditation is needed.

Understanding firewalking is an informational class only. It does not include firewalking instruction, training, or participation in a firewalk
