This is a one-hour Zoom gathering exploring Snake as a symbol of shedding, transition, and transformation.
Through brief teaching, guided reflection, meditation, and creative integration, participants will consider what has been outgrown, what may be ready to loosen, and what it can mean to move through a period when the old no longer fits and the new is not yet clear.
Snake offers the image of releasing what has become too restrictive without forcing change before it is ready. The focus is not on rejecting the past or rushing toward what comes next, but on recognizing what has changed and allowing space for transition.
This class is especially suited to times of reflection or personal transition, when an old pattern, role, belief, expectation, or way of understanding ourselves may no longer fit in the same way.
Participants are invited to join from a quiet, comfortable space and may wish to have a journal or paper nearby. Simple art materials are optional. No prior experience is required.
