Drawing inspiration from how lions conserve energy and express authority through timing and grounded posture, participants are guided to sense how they hold space. Practice includes gentle alignment, widening through the chest and ribs without bracing, steady orientation, and periods of quiet integration that allow the nervous system to settle into calm strength.
