Explore the gentle practice of Level I Usui Reiki in this TWO-PART CLASS combining online learning (Saturday 13) with in-person practice (Sunday 14).

Part One is held online via Zoom and focuses on the foundational teachings of Reiki. Together we will explore the history and principles of Reiki, energy awareness, Chakras, grounding practices, meditation, and common misconceptions surrounding energy work. This portion of the class is designed to create a supportive foundation for understanding Reiki and preparing for hands-on practice.

Part Two is held in person and offers guided experiential learning and integration. Participants will explore traditional Reiki hand positions, practice techniques for self-care and working with others, receive a Reiki Level I attunement, and participate in hands-on practice and meditative experiences within a calm and supportive environment.

A detailed manual and Reiki Level I certificate are included upon completion of the class.
