Drawing inspiration from how animals respond to pressure, participants are guided to slow the pace, sense accurately, and reconnect with instinctive timing. Practices include gentle grounding, awareness of posture and breath, wide sensory attention, and periods of quiet stillness that allow the body to settle and integrate.
