Drawing inspiration from the butterfly’s transformation and balanced flight, participants are guided to sense grounding through the legs and spine while allowing gentle expansion across the shoulders and breath. Practices include subtle movement, wide and soft orientation, and periods of quiet integration that support lightness without losing structure.
